Transition Years were brewing up a storm on Tuesday last as the Dublin Barista School visited RCC to deliver an introduction to the students on the art of making Coffee. Students learned different coffee types as well as how to operate an espresso machine. Teachers were also more than happy to act as taste testers for the coffee students made!
