In November, we were very fortunate to receive seven bursaries as part of the GRETB Gaeltacht Bursary Programme for Summer 2023. All students were invited to apply to be in with a chance of winning and the draw was held for three Junior and four Senior Bursaries prior to the Christmas break.
Comhghairdeas le Rachel Trimble, Daniel Ó hÉigceartaigh, Dylan Ó Treasaigh agus Kian Ó Maolagáin sa 5ú Bliain agus comhghairdeas le Sophie Ní Choigligh (1ú Bhliain), Lisa Ní Mhuiris (2ú Bliain) agus Luke Fannon (3ú Bliain).
Students have already registered on summer courses and will receive a bursary to cover 615euro of their course fees.
Roscommon Community College are very fortunate to be able to offer various bursaries and scholarships thanks to the GRETB and if your child was unsuccessful this year, we encourage them to reapply next year. Each year students from RCC attend various summer courses in the Gaeltacht, and it is testament to the unforgettable experience they have that some return year on year.
