On Tuesday 24th of January a group of athletes from RCC participated in the South Connacht cross-country championships in Bushfield athletics grounds, Loughrea. We had a number of athletes both male and female, competing in all age groups with several athletes qualifying for the next round. The distance of the races varied from 1,500m for minors, up to 5k for seniors. There was great effort and participation by all athletes on a tough cross-country course. Well done to all.
