6th Year Biology students attended Dublin Zoo to complete their ecology field study. They completed an in-depth study of a grassland/woodland ecosystem. They engaged in the completion of mandatory investigations to include measuring abiotic factors, identifying plants and animals and conducting qualitative studies of the plants present. An educational and enjoyable experience for all.
