The TY class of ‘24-’25 kickstarted the school year with a most enjoyable trip to Causey Farm, Co. Meath. The students had great fun interacting with the Connemara ponies, alpacas, puppies, hens, rabbits and piglets to name a few. There were even a few serious competitions between students and the alpacas for the best hairstyle or haircut! A wide range of activities were on offer from relaxing bread-making to high-energy bog jumping, a firm favourite for many!
Great memories were made, and a true RCC team spirit was noted by the farm guides on site. Overall, an educational, fun-filled day was enjoyed by the TY students and accompanying teachers alike. What a fantastic start to the new school year!
