On Thursday 10th October our Intermediate girls commenced their 2024 camógie campaign against Coláiste Chroí Mhuire, An Spideal.
The team started confidently with some great saves coming from goalkeeper Zoey Whyte and the girls scoring 2-2 in the first half.
Coláiste Chroi Mhuire proved too strong in the 2nd half for our very young team made up of predominantly junior players. However, the girls played with great stamina and battled to the end. They will continue with their weekly training and look forward to the next game where they can put their skills to work once again.
