Well done to our team ‘RosBots’ representing us in the FIRST Lego League in TUS Athlone recently. The team was made up entirely of first years and had a great day out in TUS Athlone. As part of the programme teams design and build a robot using a LEGO® MINDSTORMS® or SPIKE™ Prime kit that they program to autonomously complete a series of missions on a specialised field to score as many points as possible. Unfortunately, the team didn’t make it to the All-Ireland finals this year. Thank you, Zac Zvikomborero, Alfie Payne, Evan Donlon, Samuel Ohia, Shane Porter, Soares Silva, Szymon Blaszczak, Namish Bhandari, Nichita Girleanu and Gavin O’Rourke for doing a fantastic job representing RCC.
