Transition Years were brewing up a storm on Tuesday last as the Dublin Barista School visited Roscommon Community College to deliver an introduction to the students on the art of making coffee. Students learned different coffee types as well as how to operate an espresso machine. Teachers were also more than happy to act as taste testers for the coffee students made! Many thanks are extended to the crew at the Dublin Barista School for an enjoyable and memorable experience for our TY students.
