On September 14th TY students carried out a workshop in the Quad Youth Centre with Alison Leck from Forensic Fun. This workshop was a two hour session about The John F Kennedy assassination that happened in 1963. The workshop investigated the details and the theories of what actually happened on the day. Alison Leck gave a detailed description of the date, and the students were given a booklet fill out by looking for the answers around the room. The TY’s got to do some investigating themselves by looking at some of the evidence from the scene and doing some activities such as inking their fingerprints, looking at a video explaining the assassination through VR and playing a board game related to the case.
